A recent P365 review (very positive review, BTW) stated that the "measured" pull weight was 5.5# I have two P365s. The first, BOD 03-23-18, after 1000 flawless rounds, measures right at 6#. The second, BOD 05-31-18, after 600 flawless rounds, measures closer to 6.5-7.0#. The trigger on this pistol has never seemed as "nice" in feel, less smooth .... Indian big naturals

I typically will only load 10 rounds in 12 round magazine for the first few range sessions. Before you know it inserting round 11, then 12 will not be an issue. You might also consider a mag loading device like the Maglula ...1) Aggressive grip texture and 2) low bore axis. The P365 XLs grip texture is good.
